Customer Service - Our customer service team is made up of experienced professionals dedicated to being the best in the industry. Customer service is available Monday - Friday 8:00 A.M. until 5:30 P.M. to take orders, answer questions, provide quotes, locate hard to find and special order items, answer product specification inquiries, and process returns. When you call Kerr Office Group you will always talk to a person. All phone calls are answered by our receptionist and forwarded to a representative. We also have representatives who specialize in each product category who can answer the most detailed questions. In the rare event, we can not answer a question immediately, we promise to find someone who can. Account Executives - Kerr Office Group sales representatives are always easily accessible. They perform routine on-site visits to monitor changing needs and usage trends. They also provide quotes, samples, and information on new products and services. Your account executive will remain dedicated and active throughout your relationship with Kerr Office Group .
 

Next Day Delivery - All orders received before 4 P.M. will be delivered the next business day no matter how large or how small the order. Desk top delivery is available for all customers, or we will deliver to a specified drop point. Kerr Office Group owns a fleet of trucks and employs all drivers and installers. The routes and drivers are changed as rarely as possible allowing our drivers to know the people, drop points, and procedures of the companies they deliver to, as well as allowing our customers to become familiar with their drivers. Same day emergency delivery is also available at no additional charge.

Automated Deliveries - Kerr Office Group will deliver a custom, standardized order on a predetermined delivery schedule. For example, 20 cartons of copy paper will be delivered every Tuesday to a customer requiring such service.
